Practical technology decisions, carried through to delivery.
Many businesses do not need more technology. They need the real problem understood, better decisions about what fits, and people who remain accountable through implementation, handover and agreed support.
FVC Solutions is a UK technology consultancy, systems integrator and business telephony specialist. We start with the operational requirement, not with a product catalogue.
What customers can expect
- Operational needs understood before products are selected.
- Commercial and technical trade-offs made visible.
- Advice connected to practical implementation and handover.
- Support responsibilities and post-go-live boundaries made clear.

Individual components can work while the overall operation still fails.
Software, websites, communications, connectivity and infrastructure are often selected or delivered separately. Each component can work on its own while the overall operation still struggles because requirements, integrations, resilience, user adoption, supplier responsibilities, handover or support were not considered together.
Our role is to connect those decisions. We challenge assumptions, recommend what best fits the requirement and keep advice connected to practical delivery. That can mean recommending a simpler or lower-cost option when it is sufficient, or making clear where a proposed solution carries a limitation or dependency that matters in real use.
We start with what the organisation needs to achieve, then work backwards into the right technology, suppliers and delivery route.
Advise, build, connect, implement and support.
Depending on the requirement, we may act as technology consultant, systems integrator, business telephony specialist or reseller. The product sale is not the starting point. The customer problem, operational fit, technical reality and customer value are.
Advise
Understand and help solve the customer problem. Clarify the intended outcome, operating conditions, requirements, architecture, suppliers, trade-offs and ownership before selecting the technology or delivery route.
Build
Design and develop appropriate software, integrations, workflows, portals, boutique websites and maintainable digital foundations where agreed.
Connect
Bring together business communications, internet connectivity, networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls and the dependencies between people, sites, systems and suppliers.
Implement and support
Configure and coordinate delivery, hand over clearly, train where scoped, and provide or coordinate support and aftercare within clearly defined boundaries.
A new company, built on experience that started in the 1990s.
FVC Solutions was established in 2026 and is founded and led by Christophe Mailhe and Dragi Popovic. The company is new; the experience behind it is not. Both founders have spent much of their careers making technology work after commercial and technical commitments have already been made.

Christophe brings an operational, infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud communications, product and supplier-governance perspective. His background includes responsibility for enterprise networks and infrastructure, healthcare telecommunications, cloud communications, product leadership and supplier/service governance.
At FVC Solutions, he focuses on understanding the real requirement, challenging assumptions, coordinating suppliers and delivery, and making sure implementation, migration, handover and support are considered before commitments are made.

COMMERCIAL CHOICES + ENGINEERING REALITY + DELIVERY
Good advice is only useful if it can survive implementation.
Our approach keeps commercial language grounded in engineering reality and treats handover, ownership and post-go-live support as part of the decision, not an afterthought.
Operational fit first
Requirements and constraints come before fashions, features or seller margin.
Trade-offs visible
Costs, limitations, dependencies and lower-cost alternatives are made clear.
Delivery stays connected
Advice, configuration, integration, migration, handover and support are considered together.
Boundaries stay clear
Supplier responsibilities, escalation routes and agreed support ownership remain explicit.
Selected partners support the solution. They do not define it.
FVC Solutions works with selected technology partners where their products and capabilities fit the customer requirement. Partner products remain supporting components within the wider consultancy, integration and delivery approach.

Understand the real need. Recommend what fits. Be clear about the trade-offs. Deliver what was promised.
